THE TRUTH ABOUT "CLEANING ROUTINES"
I've tested every system. Printable checklists. Apps. Color-coded charts.
What did I find? Most are built for hypothetical humans with infinite energy and zero emotional nuance.
What actually works?
Rhythms instead of routines.
